Date of AGM & Closing Date for Director Nominations
Verbrec Limited (ASX:VBC) a leading mid-tier engineering, training and infrastructure services provider advises that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, it plans to hold its 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, 26 November 2021.
Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the AGM in a separate Notice of Meeting, which will be provided next month. At this stage, it is anticipated the AGM will again be conducted virtually and the notice will contain the relevant details for shareholders to attend and vote on the resolutions.
In addition, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director is Friday, 24 September 2021. Any nominations must be received in writing no later than 5:00pm (AEST) on this date at the Company’s registered office.
