AGM Date & Director Nominations

LogiCamms Limited (ASX:LCM) is pleased to confirm that it will be holding its Annual General Meeting of shareholders on Friday, 27 November 2020 at 3:00pm AEST (Brisbane time).

The Notice of Meeting will be mailed to shareholders shortly and announced on the ASX platform. Please note the meeting will be conducted virtually and the notice will include the relevant details for shareholders to attend and vote on the resolutions.

The Company also confirms that the closing date for the receipt of nominations for election as a Director in accordance with the Company’s Constitution has passed. The Company acknowledges the oversight and technical breach of the new requirement under ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, being to advise the ASX of the closing date for the receipt of nominations at least five business days prior, however this will not affect the business of the meeting.
