Bad Wurzach, May 21 2008 – The lawsuit between the liquidator of RKL Ruhr
Kristall Glas AG, Essen, (RKL) and Saint-Gobain Oberland AG (SGO)
regarding loss take over claims resulting from the business years 1993
until 1997 and at last amounting to more than 22 million Euro ended by a
court settlement.
Saint-Gobain Oberland AG shall pay an amount of 525.000 EUR and bears its
own lawyer’s fees for the settlement. The liquidator will not assert any
further claims and bears the remaining costs of the lawsuit.
