Bad Wurzach, April 17, 2009 - Today the Supervisory Board of the glass
packaging producer Saint-Gobain Oberland AG appointed Mr. Stefan Jaenecke
as Chairman of the Management Board with immediate effect. He succeeds Mr.
Michael G. Prechtl, who consensually resigned from his position as a member
of the Management Board of the Saint-Gobain Oberland AG.
