Vera Konsept Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı Anonim Şirketi Yönetim Kurulu 10 Nisan 2025 tarihinde aşağıdaki kararı almıştır.

1 Ocak – 31 Aralık 2024 hesap dönemine ilişkin TFRS'ye uygun olarak hazırlanan finansal raporlara göre 424.576.139 TL net dönem zararı; VUK'a göre tutulan ve enflasyon düzeltmesine tabi tutulan yasal kayıtlarda ise 62.226.729,86 TL net dönem zararı olduğu ve bu şekilde kayıtlarda dağıtılabilir dönem karı bulunmadığı tespit edilmiştir.

Bu sebeple Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatı kâr dağıtımına ilişkin düzenlemeleri dahilinde kâr payı dağıtımı yapılamayacağı hususunun 2024 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda pay sahiplerinin bilgisine sunulmasına toplantıya katılanların oy birliği ile karar verilmiştir.
