Bracknell, UK - 13 October 2014: Venture Life Group plc (AIM: VLG), the international consumer products group addressing the self-care needs of the ageing population, has been notified that on 10 October 2014 Mr. Gianluca Braguti, an executive director, purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 0.3p each in the Company, of which 1,000 were purchased at 95p per share, and 14,000 were purchased at 100p per share.

Following this purchase Mr. Braguti's shareholding in the Company totals 6,947,602 ordinary shares, representing 23.2% of the issued share capital in the Company.
