Bracknell, UK - 6 October 2014: Venture Life Group plc (AIM: VLG), the international consumer products group addressing the self-care needs of the ageing population, announces that it has received notification that the following non-executive directors of Venture Life Group plc have purchased ordinary shares of 0.3p each in the Company:

Mrs. Kate Mackinnon, the wife of Mr. Ian Mackinnon, purchased 10,000 shares on 3 October 2014 at a price of 83p per share. Following this purchase Mr. and Mrs. Mackinnon's shareholdings in the Company total 10,000 shares, representing 0.33% of the issued share capital in the Company.

Mr. John Sylvester purchased 10,000 shares on 3 October 2014 at a price of 86.89p per share. Following this purchase Mr. Sylvester's shareholding in the Company totals 10,000 shares, representing 0.33% of the issued share capital in the Company.

Dr. Lynn Drummond purchased 11,222 shares on 3 October 2014 at a price of 89p per share. Following this purchase Dr. Drummond's shareholding in the Company totals 11,222 shares, representing 0.37% of the issued share capital in the Company.
