This is to inform you that, the 48[th] Annual General Meeting of the members of Venky's (India) Limited will be held on Wednesday, 11[th] September, 2024 at 10.30 a.m. through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).

Also, pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that shareholders, whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on Friday 23[rd] August, 2024 and in respect of shares held in electronic mode, to beneficial owners whose names appear in the record of the Depositories as at the close of business on Friday 23[rd] August, 2024 shall be eligible to receive dividend, if approved by members.
