Update on the Gymeny Transaction

Astro Resources NL ( Astro or the Company ) (ASX:ARO) advises that further to its announcement on 17 March 2016, discussions with the vendors of Gymeny Limited and the related sports application business are progressing well, but remain incomplete.

A final date for concluding the transaction has been set for Tuesday, 29 March 2016 and with an announcement to occur on that day or the 30 March 2016. If there are any updates earlier, the Board will advise accordingly.
