GOVERNOR BROOME PROJECT DRILLING TO COMMENCE

FOR RESOURCE UPGRADE

Astro Resources NL ( ARO or Astro ) advises that further to its earlier announcement detailing the commencement of the drilling on the Governor Broome Project dated 20 February 2020 ( Drilling Announcement ), the following additional information is provided:

1. Governor Broome Drilling Results in the fourth paragraph of the Drilling Announcement, the statement “… These 22 holes averaged 4m @ 4%HM from an average depth of 4.25m.” was included. Astro wishes to retrace this statement as it does not relate to exploration results reported under the 2012 Edition of the JORC Code.

2. Funding – Astro advises that the additional funding for the drilling works is to be on the same terms of the loan, as detailed on 30 September 2019.
