GENERAL MEETING – ADDITION OF PHYSICAL VENUE
Astro Resources NL ACN 007 090 904 (ASX: “ ARO ” or “the Company ”) advises shareholders and other interested parties that the Company’s General Meeting on Thursday 29 April 2021 will now be held physically at the location set out below:
Vince & Fayad Associates Pty Ltd Suite 6, Level 5 189 Kent Street Sydney NSW 2000
Shareholders may either attend the meeting in person or join and participate via the live webcast by logging in online at http://agmlive.link/aro21 .
All other details about the General Meeting, including the date, time and agenda items remain unchanged.
Date: Thursday 29 April 2021 Time of meeting: 10.30 am (AEST)
The addition of a physical venue is due to the recent expiration of the temporary relief measures under the Corporations (Coronavirus Economic Response) Determination (No.3) 2020 which allowed for shareholder meetings to be held entirely online or virtually and the adjournment of passage of the Treasury Laws Amendment (2021 Measures No.1) Bill 2021 which proposes to extend these relief measures.
