Director/PDMR Shareholding

Velocity Composites plc (AIM: VEL.L), the leading supplier of advanced composite material kits, providing engineering value-solutions for the global aerospace industry, has been informed that Andy Beaden, non-executive Chairman of the Company, has purchased a further 100,000 Velocity ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 27.25 pence per Ordinary Share.

Mr Beaden now has a beneficial interest in a total of 375,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.
