Velocity Composites plc (AIM: VEL.L), the leading supplier of advanced composite material kits to the aerospace market, announces that Margaret Amos, a non-executive director of the Company, has stepped down as a director of the Company with immediate effect to pursue other business interests. Velocity would like to thank Margaret for her contribution and wishes her well for the future.

The Company intends to commence a process to identify and appoint an additional independent non-executive director.
