Update re Placing to raise £300,000

Further to the "Placing to raise £300,000" announcement released on 09 August 2013, the Company announces that the application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 60,000,000 placing shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that the admission will become effective and that trading in the new shares will commence on 16 August 2013 ("Admission"). Following the Admission, the total number of ordinary shares in issue is 127,679,308.
