Completion of investment in Northcoders Group plc

Further to its announcement on 22 July 2021, the Board of Vela (AIM: VELA) is pleased to note the admission of the enlarged share capital of Northcoders Group plc ("Northcoders") to trade on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission") earlier today.

Following Admission, Vela's investment of £750,000 in Northcoders has completed and Vela holds 6.0 per cent. of the issued share capital of Northcoders.
