Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Board of Vela announces that, following a grant of probate on 10 September 2019, Antony Laiker, Executive Director of the Company, inherited ownership of 3,933,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 5 December 2019, at a probate value of 0.09 pence per share. Mr Laiker's resultant shareholding in the Company is 305,108,301 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 17.75 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
