The Board of Vela announces that the Company was notified on 8 June 2018 that Scott Fletcher's interest in the share capital of the Company remains unchanged at 63,944,656 ordinary shares and, following the completion of the Company's placing in December 2017, his percentage interest has fallen from 8.86% to 7.64%.

In addition, the Company was notified on 7 June 2018 that Kevin Sinclair's interest in the share capital of the Company remains unchanged at 106,449,000 ordinary shares and, following the completion of the Company's placing in December 2017, his percentage interest has fallen from 14.75% to 12.72%.
