Disposal of holding in Rosslyn Data Technologies plc

The Board of Vela (AIM: VELA) announces that between 19 February 2020 and 27 April 2020 the Company disposed of a total of 1,411,111 ordinary shares in Rosslyn Data Technologies plc ("Rosslyn Data") at prices between 3.8 pence per share and 5.3 pence per share and with an average price of 4.17 pence per share generating proceeds of £58,868 for the Company (the "Disposal").

Following the Disposal Vela no longer holds any shares in Rosslyn Data.

The proceeds from the Disposal will be used by the Company for general working capital purposes.
