Board change
The Board of Vela (AIM: VELA) announces that Antony Laiker, Non-Executive Director, has decided to step down from the board of the Company with immediate effect to concentrate on his other interests.
On 21 July 2022, at the time of Antony Laiker's appointment to the board, the Company announced that it intended to strengthen the Board through the appointment of an additional independent Non-Executive Director to the Board in due course and this intention remains. The Board will provide further updates at the appropriate time.
