Veidekke: Exercise of employee share options

A total of 79 participants in Veidekke ASA's share option program have on 22

August 2025 exercised a total of 55,729 options at a strike price of NOK 90.36.

Following the exercise, the employees will acquire 55,729 shares in Veidekke

ASA. The shares will be transferred during September 2025. Shares acquired

through the program are subject to a one-year sales restriction from the

exercise date.
