Veidekke: Exercise of employee share options in Veidekke ASA

A total of 44 participants in the Company's share option programme have on

November 18[th] 2022 exercised a total of 21 425 options at a strike price of

NOK 50.80.

A total of 36 participants in the Company's share option programme have on

November 18[th] 2022 exercised a total of 18 055 options at a strike price of

NOK 55.11.

Following the exercise, the employees will purchase 39 480 shares. These shares

will be transferred in December.

From the total above, 250 options have been exercised by primary insiders.

The following primary insider has been exercised options:

Anne Thorbjørnsen has exercised 250 options and bought 250 shares at NOK 55.11

per share.

Shares acquired through the programme have a sales restriction on one year after

exercise date.
