Veidekke ASA: MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE
On 28 May 2021 Stiftelsen Veidekkeansattes aksjekjøp (the Veidekke Employee
Share Trust) purchased 41 000 Veidekke shares at a price of NOK 124.95 each.
Veidekke employees exercised a total of 201 691 options in May 2021, cf. stock
exchange announcement dated 18 May 2021. These shares will be transferred from
the Trust during June 2021.
The Trust's holding following the transaction with Veidekke employees stands at
102 556 shares in Veidekke.
