Veidekke to build new office and business premises for Volvo Lastvagnar AB

Veidekke has signed an agreement with Volvo Lastvagnar AB to build office and

business premises in Lundby, Gothenburg. The commission will be carried out as a

design and build contract and comprises approximately 38,000 square metres. The

value of the contract is approximately SEK 1,500 million and completion is

scheduled for 2025. Design and engineering started in Q2 2022. The commission is

included in Veidekke's order book for Q1 2023.

Volvo Lastvagnar AB owns the property at Rambergsstaden 17:55 where the contract

will be carried out. The business and office premises will be used by the Volvo

Group's technology organisation.
