Veidekke ASA: To build Egersund Forum

Veidekke has signed a contract with Seconda AS for the construction of the

Egersund Forum office building in the centre of Egersund. The contract value is

NOK 160 million excl. VAT.

experience from building office buildings of this size, we look forward to

applying our expertise to this exciting newbuilding, in close cooperation with

Egersund Forum will comprise an eight-storey high-rise and a two-storey low

-rise, with a total office space of 8,000 square meters. The buildings will

contain individual offices, open-plan offices and a canteen, as well as parking

and outdoor spaces. Egersund Forum was designed by Brandsberg-Dahls Arkitekter

AS.

The design and build contract is worth NOK 160 million excl. VAT. Veidekke will

start construction in January 2019, and the project is expected to be completed

in May 2020.
