Veidekke ASA: New assignment in Ski

Veidekke Logistikkbygg, the group's specialist logistics entity, has signed a

contract with Veidekke Eiendom, the group's property development operation,

relating to the construction of a combined warehouse and logistics facility at

Berghagan in Ski municipality. The primary lessee will be Truck & Trailer

Industri AS (TTI). The contract is valued at approximately NOK 125 million

excluding value added tax.

"We hope that this will be the first of many collaborations between Veidekke's

property development and logistics operations. The assignment is very much in

keeping with our focus on developing and building non-residential buildings as

design and build contractor. We look forward to taking on this task, and to

fruitful and stimulating cooperation," says Roar Kristiansen, general manager of

Veidekke Logistikkbygg AS.

"Logistics facilities projects are an important long-term element in Veidekke's

strategy for its commercial property development business. This is why we are

intensifying our search for new sites in attractive locations which we can

develop into logistics-related facilities," says Veidekke Eiendom's acquisitions

manager Thomas Nielsen.

The new building at Berghagan in Langhus in Ski municipality will total

approximately 11,500 m2 gross, and will be built by Veidekke's logistics

operation in cooperation with Veidekke's Oslo and Follo-based construction

operations. Work is due to start immediately, and will proceed in two phases.

Project completion is scheduled for the spring of 2020.
