Veidekke ASA: Information about the quarterly accounts of the business areas Building Construction Norway and Civil Engineering Norway

Earlier this year, Veidekke announced the split of the group's Norwegian construction operations into the business areas Building Construction Norway and Civil Engineering Norway. The two business areas are headed by Hans Olav Sørlie and Øivind Larsen, respectively, both of whom are part of Veidekke's corporate management team.

As a result of the organisational change, information regarding the former business area Construction Norway will be split into Building Construction Norway and Civil Engineering Norway in Veidekke's segment reporting as of the third quarter of 2018.

An overview of the main items in the income statement and order backlog from the first quarter of 2013 and up to and including the second quarter of 2018 has been attached to this release.

Veidekke will report third quarter results on 15 November 2018.
