Veidekke ASA: Distribution of extraordinary dividend of NOK 22.50 per share approved

An extraordinary general meeting of Veidekke ASA was held today, 3 December

2020. In accordance with the board's proposal, the interim statement of

financial position as at 30 September 2020 and the distribution of an

extraordinary dividend of NOK 22.50 per share were approved.
