"In the property development operations, high demand and strong interest in our

continues. A total of 482 (449) residential units were sold during the quarter,
615 units (554) including joint venture projects. 2,189 (1,356) residential
units were under construction at the close of the quarter. Profit before tax

"This year's asphalt season started in the second quarter. The level of activity
has been high, with good capacity utilisation and efficient operations,"
