A total of 14 participants in the Company's share option program have on

November 15[th] 2024 exercised a total of 13 300 options at a strike price of

NOK 39.46.

A total of 92 participants in the Company's share option program have on

November 15[th] 2024 exercised a total of 91 535 options at a strike price of

NOK 99.36. Shares acquired through the program have a sales restriction on one

year after exercise date.

Following the exercise, the employees will purchase 104 835 shares. These shares

will be transferred during December.
