Veidekke ASA: MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE PRIMARY INSIDER

On 12 February 2021, Mr. Mats Nyström, Executive Vice President of Veidekke,

sold and bought 20 000 Veidekke shares at a price of NOK 110.20 each. The

transaction was completed to transfer 20 000 shares from his share/depot account

to an investment savings account (ISK). After this transaction Mr. Mats Nyström

still holds 20 000 shares in Veidekke.
