Veidekke ASA: MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE

On 10 March 2021 Stiftelsen Veidekkeansattes aksjekjøp (the Veidekke Employee

Share Trust) purchased 20 000 Veidekke shares at a price of NOK 121.01 each.

Veidekke employees purchased 1 363 571 shares in Veidekke from the Trust in

February 2021, cf. stock exchange announcement dated 22 February 2021. These

shares will be transferred from the Trust during March 2021.

The Trust's holding following the transaction with Veidekke employees stands at

33 732 shares in Veidekke.
