OBOS, a related party to Daniel Kjørberg Siraj, Member of the Board of Veidekke,

has today bought 265 000 shares in Veidekke ASA at a price of NOK 109.7057 per

share.

After the transaction OBOS holds 25 813 220 shares in Veidekke ASA,

corresponding to an ownership share of 19.13%
