Veidekke ASA: MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE
On 29 May 2018 Stiftelsen Veidekkeansattes aksjekjøp (the Veidekke Employee
Share Trust) purchased 80 000 Veidekke shares at a price of NOK 94.1181 each.
The Trust now holds 875 976 shares.
The shares will be resold to employees in Veidekke in the share purchase offer
for executives in May 2018, see notification of 14 May 2018.
