On 24 November 2015 Stiftelsen Veidekkeansattes aksjekjøp (the Veidekke Employee

Share Trust) purchased 150 000 Veidekke shares at a price of NOK 108.6667 each.

The Trust now holds 44 321 shares.

Employees purchased 569 000 shares in Veidekke from the Trust in November 2015,

see notification 16 November 2015. These shares will be transferred from the

Trust in December 2015. The balance of Veidekke shares in the Trust is shown

after this transaction.
