MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE

On 19 November 2010 Stiftelsen Veidekkeansattes aksjekjøp (the Veidekke Employee

Share Trust) purchased 187 847 Veidekke shares at a price of NOK 49.0965 each.

The Trust now holds 1 354 003 Veidekke shares.

The shares will be resold to the employees in the sale of shares to all Veidekke

employees in November 2010.
