MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE

On 26 May 2010 Stiftelsen Veidekkeansattes aksjekjøp (the Veidekke Employee

Share Trust) purchased 35 000 Veidekke shares at a price of NOK 41.9108 each.

The Trust now holds

3 926 Veidekke shares.

Senior executives bought 1 210 000 shares in Veidekke from

Stiftelsen  (the Veidekke Employee Share Trust), see notification 19 May 2010.

This shares will be transferred from the Trust in June/July. The balance of

Veidekke shares is shown after this transaction.
