Veidekke ASA: Veidekke appoints new CFO

Veidekke ASA: Veidekke appoints new CFO

Jørgen Wiese Porsmyr will take up the role as CFO in Veidekke ASA from August

15, 2020. Mr. Porsmyr comes from the position as Executive Vice President with

responsibility for the property development business and Veidekke's Danish

subsidiary Hoffmann. Prior to this role he had the position as CFO of Veidekke

ASA. Mr. Porsmyr has an MBA from the Norwegian School of Business and Economics

(NHH) in Bergen, Norway.

Veidekke's current CFO, Terje Larsen, will from August 15, 2020 start a new role

within the Veidekke Group, responsible for Risk Management for the Group, among

other things. Mr. Larsen will continue to be part of Veidekke's Executive

Committee.
