Veidekke ASA: Management change at Veidekke in Sweden in 2016

Veidekke would like to announce a change to the corporate management team in

2016. Executive Vice President and head of Veidekke's operations in Sweden and

Denmark, Per-Ingemar Persson, wishes to exercise his opportunity to take out a

pension from the age of 60 and will resign from his position in 2016. Work on

finding his successor has commenced. Following the change, he will remain

affiliated with Veidekke as a consultant for the Swedish operations and the

Group at large.
