New number of shares and votes in VEF AB (publ)

VEF AB (publ) ("VEF") has during June 2025 redeemed in total 32,601,708 Class C shares and issued a total of 10,530,000 Class C 2025 shares in accordance with a resolution adopted by the Annual General Meeting on 13 May 2025.

The total number of shares and votes in VEF as per June 30, 2025, amounts to 1,091,845,792 and are divided into six classes of shares as follows:

• 1,041,865,735 ordinary shares, with one vote each.
• 6,878,585 shares of Class C 2021, with one vote each.
• 9,061,430 shares of Class C 2022, with one vote each.
• 11,510,042 shares of Class C 2023, with one vote each.
• 12,000,000 shares of Class C 2024, with one vote each.
• 10,530,000 shares of Class C 2025, with one vote each
