New number of shares and votes in VEF AB (publ)

VEF AB (publ) ("VEF") has during June 2024 issued a total of 12,500,000 Class C 2024 shares in accordance with a resolution adopted by the Annual General Meeting on 14 May 2024.

The total number of shares and votes in VEF as per June 28, 2024, amounts to 1,113,917,500 and are divided into six classes of shares as follows:

• 1,041,865,735 ordinary shares, with one vote each.
• 31,720,500 shares of Class C 2020, with one vote each.
• 7,044,835 shares of Class C 2021, with one vote each.
• 9,061,430 shares of Class C 2022, with one vote each.
• 11,725,000 shares of Class C 2023, with one vote each.
• 12,500,000 shares of Class C 2024, with one vote each.
