VEEM Ltd (ASX: VEE) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of VEEM Ltd (‘VEE’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of VEE, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 13 September 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

VEEM Limited (ASX: VEE) – Request for Trading Halt

Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1, VEEM Limited (ASX: VEE) (the Company) requests trading halt in its shares from the commencement of trading on Thursday 9 September 2021.

For the purposes of Listing Rule 17.1, VEE provides the following information:

• a) The Company is seeking a trading halt pending an announcement to the market regarding a proposed capital raising;

• b) The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the Company releasing an announcement in relation to the results of the proposed capital raising or the commencement of normal trading on Monday 13 September 2021;

• d) The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
