Description
VEEM Ltd (“Company”) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (“ASX”) on Monday 24 October 2016.
Official quotation of the Company’s securities will commence at 1:00pm AEDT (10:00am WST) on Wednesday, 26 October 2016.
The Company raised $5 million pursuant to the offer under the prospectus dated 23 September 2016 and supplementary prospectus dated 30 September 2016 (“Prospectus”) by the issue of 10,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares (“Shares”) at an issue price of $0.50 per Share. Existing shareholders sold and transferred 40,000,000 Shares at a sale price of $0.50 per Share to subscribers under the Prospectus to raise $20,000,000.
