RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
VEEM Limited (ASX: VEE) (‘VEEM’ or ‘the Company’), a designer and manufacturer of disruptive, high-technology marine propulsion and stabilization systems for the global luxury motor yacht, fast ferry, commercial workboat and defence industries, wishes to advise that Tracy Caudwell has resigned as a Company Secretary of VEEM Limited.
The Board thanks Mrs Caudwell for her contribution over the past five years which included the Initial Public Offering of shares in VEEM Limited in 2016.
Mr David Rich remains as the sole Company Secretary of VEEM Limited.
