DATE OF AGM AND CLOSING DATE FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS

VEEM Limited (ASX: VEE) (‘VEEM’ or ‘the Company’), a designer and manufacturer of disruptive, high-technology marine propulsion and stabilization systems for the global luxury motor yacht, fast ferry, commercial workboat and defense industries, advises in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on 17 November 2021.

In accordance with the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations for the election of Directors is 6 October 2021. Any nominations must be received no later than 5.00pm (AWST) on 6 October 2021 at the Company’s Registered Office.
