Unquoted options issued to two officers, as part of the Company's staff performance review for previous years of their service. These options were issued under the Company's EIP (refer Notice of Annual General Meeting lodged with ASX on 17 October 2023 - Resolution 4: To Approve the Employee Incentive Plan). The options were issued to these officers with no consideration payable on exercise and will expire, if not exercised, on 14 December 2026. These options will vest as to one third annually over three years, with one third having vested on issue, one third vesting on 14 December 2024, and the remaining third vesting on 14 December 2025, based on the two officers' satisfactory work performance, as assessed in the annual review.
