Vectus Biosystems Limited (ASX:VBS) (Vectus or the Company) advises that it has today allotted a total of 1,764 new fully paid ordinary shares to four of its employees, issued as part of its performance and remuneration review process.
The Appendix 3B for this share issue is attached.

As at 12 August 2016, Vectus Biosystems Limited gives notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act) that:
