Vectus Biosystems Limited (ASX: VBS) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Vectus Biosystems Limited (‘VBS’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of VBS, pending it releasing an announcement concerning the finalisation of a material fundraising. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 23 November 2022 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt - Vectus Biosystems Limited (ASX Code:VBS)
Vectus Biosystems Limited (the Company) (ASX:VBS) requests a trading halt to be applied to its securities under ASX Listing Rule 17.1 pending an announcement to the market concerning the finalisation of a material fundraising.
The Company would like the trading halt to commence immediately for a period of up to two days.
The Company expects to make an announcement concerning the fundraising before trading commences on Wednesday, 23 November 2022.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
