Vectus Biosystems Limited (Company) is expected to be admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (ASX) today, Monday 22 February 2016.

Official quotation of the Company’s securities will commence at 11.00 AM Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) on Tuesday 23 February 2016.

The Company raised approximately $5.17 million pursuant to the offer under the replacement prospectus dated 23 November 2015 (Prospectus) by the issue of 3,338,353 ordinary fully paid shares at an issue price of $1.55 per share.
