Release of Restricted Securities from Escrow

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, Vectus Biosystems Limited (ASX:VBS) advises that 691,138 fully paid ordinary shares classified by ASX as restricted securities are due for release from escrow on 30 June 2016. The Company will apply for quotation of these shares within 10 business days of this date, as required by ASX Listing Rule 2.8.2.
