2023 Annual General Meeting

Vectus Biosystems Limited (ASX:VBS) (the Company) advises that this year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at 3:00pm (Sydney time) on Wednesday, 22 November 2023 as a virtual meeting. Shareholders can attend virtually on Zoom. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, VBS advises that any nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5:00pm on 13 October 2023. The Notice of Meeting and other information regarding the AGM will be issued shortly after that date.
